T’ai Chi at St. Francis

Grand Master Han’s Martial Arts will be teaching T’ai Chi classes at St. Francis Episcopal Church on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:30. Classes began on January 7 and we had a great turn out.

According to a special report from Harvard Medical School, Tai Chi provides numerous health benefits including better balance, improved mood, lower anxiety and lowering blood pressure. There is no charge for the class but donations are requested. Your donations will go to The Han Center Foundation to provide classes for children and adults in our community who will benefit from these type of classes.

Come join us. All are welcome.
